The directors of Online Direct have between them a combined industry experience of over 45 years in commercial utility sales.

Online Direct started with Electricity and Gas and are now expanding their portfolio to offer other business services such as Telecoms and Commercial Insurance. Pank Jethwa
Pank has worked exclusively in the utilities industry, both residential and commercial for over 20 years. He brings a rich blend of sales, industry and entrepreneurial experience to Online Direct. He has a proven track record in generating volume sales, having recruited, managed and trained direct sales teams nationally and set up call centre operations.
With Online Direct, he created the industry’s first SME sales aggregator and also pioneered verbal contracting within the industry. In his able leadership Online Direct Ltd has secured 100,000 commercial SME customers in the last decade and set up a corporate arm to the business that is going from strength to strength.
Gary Styles
Gary brings a vast experience of over 10 years in SME sales and relationship building. He has been responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to enhance business opportunities and influence the growth of Online Direct.
A forward thinker, Gary believes in using cutting edge technologies to align business processes to realize the company’s goals. He plays a pivotal role in maintaining existing relationships with suppliers and sales partners, and developing new strategic partnerships with market leaders to expand Online Direct’s service portfolio.
Simon Yeung
Simon came on board three years ago and has been instrumental in developing the corporate sales network for the company. With over a decade of experience in a leading energy supplier he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industrial and commercial market (I&C) as well as a strong understanding of the SME marketplace.
Simon originally started in retail banking and rapidly progressed to investment banking where he successfully gained a Masters in Business Administration.
Phil O’Brien
Phil joined when we first entered the corporate sales market nearly three years ago. He was instrumental in introducing new brokers to the corporate market and developing the business model to work with all suppliers. He brings strong experience and has a high level background in IT solution sales in addition to recruitment. He possesses an excellent sales pedigree and has played a major role with our partners to secure a large number of corporate sales.
