Telecom Management Ltd (TML) is part of and owned wholly by Telecom Plus PLC Group. As the business / corporate arm of the Group, TML have developed with Online Direct an exclusive telecoms package available to resellers. The group is classed as the UK's largest switch-less reseller, currently billing more than Opal each month. TML only work with Tier one carriers, such as Opal, Colt, Energis, C&W and MCI WorldCom in addition to having a full BT Wholesale license.

In addition to this we have negotiated a bas buyback option. Our agents will be able to sell their customer base back to TML for a guaranteed price within the window of 1st July 2007 - 30th November 2007.
How this is working for our agents;
1. Add 50 customers each month billing £50 each
2. Total customer base growth of £2500 each month
3. In 24 months time base will be billing £60,000 per month
4. Assuming all customers have been sold on band 3 (1.75 UK calls / 10p mobile)
5. Commission average is 22%. (£60,000 x 22%) = £13,200 ongoing commission
TML guarantee to buy back your customer base. The calculation is a multiple of 20 x your monthly commission payment.
6. This will be 20 x £13,200 = £264,000
Alternately you could ignore the base buyback and continue receiving large monthly commission payments.
