Who are we?

Established in 1998, OnlineDIRECT has been nurturing talent for nearly 25 years. We are a forward-thinking, organically-expanding SME, with over 70 industry professionals, leading the field in business energy solutions.

Our head office is based in Northamptonshire, in newly-refurbished offices situated at Brackmills Industrial Park.

We support a positive work-life balance, providing both office and home working (on permanent dual-place of work contracts) which sees most of our teams work from the office a minimum of 1-day per week.

Working at OnlineDIRECT

In addition to competitive salaries, we also offer commission or bonus schemes for all staff, and employee recognition and service awards.

Our team work on a hybrid basis and are provided with all the IT equipment they need to work safely and effectively from home, and free on-site parking for the days they are in the office.

We offer the flexibility to have more office days and working around family commitments on WFH days, early-finish on Fridays, and a starting annual holiday entitlement of 25-days (+ bank holidays) that increases with length of service.

Employee wellbeing is supported through our Mental Health Champions, occupational health assessments, team building events, incentive days, annual parties, charity days, and other social events taking place throughout the year.
