Exciting times for us at OnlineDIRECT as we implement our plans to adjust the structure of our teams to better serve the needs of our brokers. This is part of a wider strategy that was in place well before the pandemic took hold so it’s great to see we remain in a strong position in order to deliver on these plans and this vision.
As part of this we’re changing some team structures to ensure we remain agile and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry. At the same time, we can maintain our ongoing commitment to providing a best-in-class suite of services for our Brokers and in turn their end customers.
To achieve this, we’ve repurposed a number of the team members into SRM (Strategic Relationship Management) roles to give them an opportunity to use their expertise and passion to help Brokers develop and diversify their businesses, with a focus on Industrial and Commercial market and energy services.
A key part of this development, Sam Hicks has been appointed as as ‘Strategic Relationship & Product Development Manager’. This new role will see Sam being responsible for the implementation of new products and the extension of the services we offer to our community of Brokers. We have a range of value-added, innovative offerings that Sam will be driving forwards over the coming weeks and months.
