- Request Contract start and end dates
- Obtain Current rates
- Validate Usage Information
- Submit Terminations
- Handle your objections
- Request Billing
- Process change of tenancies
- Arrange for credit checks
Dedicated Account Management
At OnlineDIRECT you’ll be allocated a dedicated Account Management Team. Each Team will work with you to ensure you get the most value from your portfolio, through negotiating the best rates, to working with you and Suppliers to resolve objections and contract rejections. Each of our Account Management Teams is headed by an Area Manager, and their team of Key Account Managers, and Account Managers will partner with you to ensure you maximize your earning potential, and understand the benefits of best practice and compliance.
Leveraging Our Relationships
We have unique and long standing relationships with Suppliers, which means you’ve access to preferential products, prices and payment terms. Our expert Finance Team will invoice Suppliers on your behalf, and ensure you have complete visibility of what you’re due, and when you’re due it. And you can rest safe in the knowledge that your payment records will be stored safely, and securely in our cutting edge platform energyengine®.
